Sprechen Ltd. has continued to grow during the last 12 years and evolved hugely through the pandemic. Our client base is across the world, building bespoke software and digital products.

For our clients and owned-brands, we’re looking to work with an awesome, driven Full-Stack Developer.

Whilst you don’t need to have had loads of experience, we want to hear from you if you are a proactive individual, keen to learn and be part of a team which is experiencing phenomenal growth and exciting adventures.

You will be joining a energetic and lively team of digital and software experts at a expanding software studio, all committed to building better business for our global base of clients.

We are looking for the right person, and can work out the number of hours around them. This might be a few days a week, having hours spread across the working week, or be a full-time role. We are open to discussing all possibilities.

The contract will be for an ongoing role with the possibility of further progression as the company continues to grow.

What we’re looking for

  • A full stack Developer with PHP experience in all aspects of Laravel (or similar)
  • Skilled in at least one modern JS front-end framework - VueJS or React
  • Can use utility-first CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS
  • Experience in integrating external APIs
  • Understanding of modern workflows such as GIT
  • Super-happy working independently

Desirable skills

  • Experience with Dev Ops, managing our stack on AWS and Digital Ocean
  • Database creation and management
  • Custom Wordpress theme and plugin development
  • Ability to work with OOP
  • Comfortable with working on older projects with legacy code
